Welcome to the
SGKA
Scottish Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Association

The Scottish Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Association was co-founded by Sensei John Lambert and Sensei Jim Flannigan to promote, support and encourage the teaching of the traditional Okinawan martial art of Goju-Ryu Karate.

The site provides information for individuals interested in starting Karate for the first time, those thinking about returning to Karate and everyone with an interest in Karate or Goju-Ryu in particular.

The site is also a central resource for the members of the SGKA, providing News, Events, Documentation and access to this invaluable assistance on their path to success with the SGKA.

The SGKA is a non-profit making organisation focusing on helping all to achieve the highest possible standard in Karate.
